My husband and I awoke to a small flood in the main part of our living room. We called Bert and he was at our house in less than an hour which is pretty good considering we are a ways away. He diagnosed and coordinated with an outside company to pin point the exact location of the leak to minimize destruction to our home in the search which ended up being under the cement slab. The leak was clamped, pipe repaired and had water within a couple of hours. Bert went above and beyond to return to repair the hole in our living room floor. Huge thanks to Cox Plumbing for a fast response from a panicked homeowner. My issue wasn't an emergency (I thought it might be..what do I know?), and even though the owner was on a well deserved out of state break with family, he answered me immediately and sent someone right away. Thanks for taking customer service the extra mile and doing a great job on our dream house.
