“Monarch came the same day I called. I didn’t seem to have any hot water .They checked the hot water heater and then the bathroom and informed me I had not flipped a switch on the wall there which turned hot on. I felt like an idiotic, but they were so kind and made me feel better about it. They were patient and friendly, and I couldn’t ask for better service. Would recommend them to everyone!“

“My husband had called another Plumbing Company we had used in the past, the guy did come and give hubby an estimate. Then hubby requested a call back from him, and never got. Well, I got another recommendation, which was Whitetail. I called them, a nice lady answered, I told her, I needed two, (I thought 50 gal) water heaters replaced. She had me measure them, gave a date and time they would be at my home to be installed. Asked me to clear area that water heaters were to be installed. That was it. I told my husband, he said, he wanted 40 gal., and did I get a price? I had a schedule for my water system being cleaned and changed out and the new water heaters installed the next day and I didn't want to change the schedule. I called Whitetail the day before installation, she said yes, I have you scheduled between 8:00 am and 8:30 am. Sure enough 2 YOUNG men, I am a senior showed up right on time. They went right to work, did an AWESOME job, looks better than it did before, very Professional, excellent clean up. They were very nice, sorry I didn't get their names. The one young man figured up our bill : The tanks were 40gal as my husband wanted and the bill was a little less than the estimate that was given to my hubby by other company. “Recently moved to the area after being a long time Condo resident in Miami. Knew absolutely nothing about septic or plumbing…going through paperwork the previous owners left at my request, I found a receipt from Elite’s office.
The Office Manager, Missy, has the patience of a saint. She scheduled a home inspection and I learned this house needed a lot of work and expertise.
Round One: Their first job was changing out the main bath hardware to assist me with correcting “leaks”. Nate did a stellar job! The hardware held great sentiment, as I had not seen it since my GrandMaRoxie’s. Not only did they replace it, they found BRAND NEW… (Elite is 3rd generation— so they have the knowledge and resources to “Git ‘er Done”)
Round Two: The team was here to remove and repair an environmental issue present upon sale: a totally failed septic system. Elite came in with the most competitive price, tremendously helping my restoration budget. They took great care in saving my oak tree (60+years old) and working diligently to prevent further problems with the root system.
Round Three: This little house works my contractors hard on every single front, no matter the issue or repair. Today a new water heater was installed. They even took the time to make separate isolation valves for the weird add-a-bath that was previously added. That extra work gives me such peace of mind as I have no confidence in any of the existing work.
Whether you are new to the area or a long-time resident I highly recommend Elite Plumbing. They take great pride in doing the job correctly, with supplies that will last. Copper vs CPVC, as an example. My Daddy always taught me “You get what you pay for”…and with Elite you are getting the best. Integrity in the job and craftsmanship. Parts and supplies that are top notch. The prices are very competitive in an exceedingly difficult market. I’ve included “service not listed” to signify the “patience” displayed by EVERY employee, the “compassion” practiced in witnessing how overwhelming this has been, and the “integrity”, not only in their work, but the numerous referrals which have allowed me to address the massive issues at every turn.
