I wish all contractors I do business with were as good as this company. Vanessa in the office is a dream to deal with. She knows a great deal about plumbing and is a storehouse of related info; easy to deal with, patient and responsive. As for the crew that did my whole house repiping - Jordan and Steve demonstrated they know their trade with professional results. In under 2 days, my 2400 sq ft home was totally replumbed, with very little mess and precise wall openings - saving the cut outs for drywall repair. Totally floored and impressed by this company's honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help. They came out on the SUNDAY before Labor Day to help detect my leak problem. They found it immediately and offered several solutions. Our home needed to be re-piped due to the chemicals the county is using to treat the water damaging the thin copper pipes installed. (That's another story and I digress.) Of course, it's not cheap to re-pipe. BUT IRC provided a workaround and a fair estimate until we can save up for the job. I highly recommend this company. I have used them twice and they are easy to work with and efficient. I texted pictures of my old water heater to be replaced and they had me scheduled quickly.Thomas and Derrick were my installers and they were very polite and professional.
