“My garbage disposal was leaking. Jason installed a new one and also replaced tubing in two toilets and three sinks. Jason had serviced my home before and when I scheduled my service I requested him to return. He arrived before my scheduled time, is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. “They did a good job finding and fixing a hot water slab leak. House was built in 1977. I could hear water running and the kitchen floor was warm (they asked), but did not see any water or leak. I was losing 3 gallons per minute until I shut off the water heater intake. They are up front on pricing, $500 to find and $1350 to fix on the next visit. To find it, they put a scuba tank on a bathroom faucet and used a microphone on the floor to listen and mark the spot in the kitchen. On the second visit they repeated the test and determined it was the next tile over. They used a metal detector induction wand to locate nearby plumbing and then a jackhammer to destroy the tile and dig through 6 inches of concrete and several inches of sandy dirt to find the 1/16 inch pinhole leak in the 1/2 inch copper pipe, cut it out and splice in a section of plastic pipe with brass couplings, fill in the dirt and pour concrete and clean up. The work does not include replacing the tile. They verify no leak on the water meter. The repair took about 5 hours including a trip to Lowes for more supplies. They start in the morning between 8 and 9 and call 20 minutes before arriving. He explained everything he was doing as he worked“
