“Our two pups have stayed at ACE twice, once for five days and, most recently, for two weeks while we traveled—and we couldn’t be happier with the service and care they were given. Both times, Dobby didn’t want to leave—he kept pulling us back to the play area! Even our homebody Lucy was excited to see us but not pulling us out the front door, like she normally does after being boarded—she was calm and happy. The staff were also gracious and welcoming, and efficient in processing both arrival and departure, and it was clear through conversation and the way our dogs interacted with them that they spent lots of time with our pups. To this, this is everything!”
