Cool Today technicians are always polite, and they always wear shoe booties in the house. They are the only techs that I know who do that. Sometimes I think your prices are such that the Cool Today Park naming rights have to be paid for somehow, but you stand behind your service and make it right now matter what. And, best of all I think you know your stuff, so I believe Cool Today can be trusted in this day and age of scammers and cheats. That means a whole lot and it worth some bucks. Cool today has always been super easy and efficient. Schedule appointments online. Get texts with real time tracking when your technician is on the way. And service today was great. Colin Feikema was punctual, professional, and quite frankly just really nice. He recommended an upgrade to our UV light system—and he did it in a casual, informative, and non-pushy way, explaining the benefits etc. Geat job. Highly recommend.

Sent by Home Depot on a Black Friday special. Very thorough inspection, cleaned the condensate line and reported my two units were working fine. I will use them again in future based on their honesty and the fact that they didn't try to repair something that wasn't broken. I was curious why Home Depot would venture into this service area. I have never used a big box store for mechanical/electric/ plumbing contractors before.
