Brian did an excellent job communicating and convincing the owner to replace the system with a new heat pump. Within just a few days, the team—Elton, Edison, Armando, and Noman—came in and replaced the entire system in under 7 hours. Their workmanship was outstanding, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. On top of that, they left the place spotless, sweeping and cleaning up after themselves. Truly professional service from start to finish. Ben Newman was Excellent. He was very precise and checked both AC systems inside and out. He was very communicable, easy to understand, and answered questions. Ben was very thorough.
This company was recommended by my real estate agent. I was very happy with the speedy and quality service. They installed a whole new system, brought it up to code and dealt with all the permitting, for a very reasonable price. I am a very happy and cool customer!
Cool Coast Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job installing my new HVAC System. David and Arturo were the installation technicians who performed the work at my home. They were very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. They worked tirelessly and efficiently with Florida August heat and humidity and had the job completed in a timely manner and my condo back cool and comfortable. I would highly recommend Cool Coast Heating and Cooling for all of your HVAC needs and will definitely use them again in the future.
Bob from Cool Coast went above and beyond to get our AC unit working. After trying to engage the company that installed our 1-1/2 year-old Daikin system to no avail, I called Cool Coast, and got a real person on the phone right away, and Bob was at our house the same afternoon. They were so easy to work with and service was excellent. This was urgent since we had an open house the following day. Thank you.
