We've have lived here for 3 yrs. Ocean Air installed the AC unit 11 yrs ago, so we called them to service the unit. Albert was the technician sent out to service the unit. Fast forward to now and Albert was the technician to get the call to service same unit. He discovered a second problem with the unit. The AC unit is on borrowed time. We pull the trigger for new AC unit, on Thursday morning. Originally told it would be Monday. Bummer 4 days with no AC. But Brandie calls back the same Thursday and says AC unit in stock and we can do it tomorrow, Friday. Awesomeness. Albert shows up on Friday morning and by noonish we're back in the cool. Albert was here right on schedule (actually earlier than the appointment time) and was great. Walked me through exactly what he was doing at every stage, quoted me the price to remedy the issue up front (and stuck rigidly to it) and was professional in every way. I highly recommend Ocean Air !!
