We are vacationing this week on 30A. My daughter and I tried the Yoga Sculp class with MJ this morning and it was amazing! We would highly recommend!

Being curious and having the willingness to try anything once led me through the doors of Sculpt. The moment you enter you feel at home & assured that this class is whatever you need it to be to support your life outside of the studio. The energy and motivation MJ shares as an instructor is incredible! The intention he puts in crafting each class to fun playlists, working every muscle group while speaking out nuggets of mindfulness is just the perfect class. No two classes are alike. 6 months in and I’m obsessed. In addition to in studio classes are (seasonal) outdoor classes. If you think working out next to the gulf is a beautiful experience, you would be correct! Can’t wait to see you there!
The Best Period! I've never been one to stick to a fitness routine/workout schedule, but after taking over 300 classes at this amazing studio, it's safe to say I'm hooked! It's fun, intense, motivating, addicting and a full body workout. MJ and Bentley are welcoming, encouraging and go above and beyond to provide a gorgeous space filled with a friendly community to let go of your worries/insecurities and enjoy breathing, moving, sweating and more to awesome beats! Beware, it's addicting….in the best way!
