Garvin Skinkis of Plumbing, Electric and Cooling Nerds stopped by to perform maintenance on the on demand hot water heater they installed over a year ago. It is important to drain and refill hot water tanks yearly to extend their lives. A tankless hot water heater should be serviced yearly to descale the mineral buildup. Removing the scale that can buildup restores heating efficiency to the water heater!
Garvin was great explaining to me how the unit works and how the descaling process works. I’m very curious how everything works and was not disappointed by his explanation and his meticulous work.

John and Jose are literal life savors. They spent HOURS trying to get my water back on for us. I had a meter pipe burst due to a rooted tree and man these guys did NOT give up. John kept telling me he would get it and promised me I would have my water back. He kept true to his word and completed the job (that many other companies wouldn’t even take on). So hats off to JOHN and JOSE these two are excellent employees and should be recognized for their impressive efforts and representing the company how an owner would expect. Jackson was great and showed up right on time. He explained all of the options we had and the cost and installed everything within about 90 minutes I would highly recommend the plumbing nerds.
