Barnes H&AC did a fantastic job for us when the coils went out in our three year old AC system, even with the supply chain issues during the COVID lockdowns. We had used their services for routine cleaning, but this was the first time we had a genuine AC failure since moving to Florida. I certainly plan on using their business again. I relocated to Florida in the beginning of 2020 and had no experience with AC systems. We used Barnes for a few cleanings. In the summer of '21, we had a real AC emergency with a just out-of-warranty system, and Barnes did a great up job, even with supply chain disruptions. I would highly recommend their service, and plan on using them again to replace our aging upstairs unit.
