Harold was fantastic! Went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was fixed. The problem was initially addressed, but when a secondary issue came up Harold came right back to figure out the issue. Harold, Todd and Elemental, thank you!
I purchased a mini ac and had it installed by Elemental Air Conditioning. My experience with them was very pleasant from ordering the unit and thru the installation. Mike the installer was very helpful and great to work with.

We have a unit that was working, but barely. Called Todd and that afternoon Mike came out and got us sorted out. We signed up for their bi annual PM service for our home and shop.I am far from an expert in AC, but I believe the pricing was very competitive and I sincerely believe their bi-annual service is a steal.I recommend them!
