Went in for my first ever eyebrow lamination appointment at Durbin Ulta. Jennifer B did outstanding work. Didn’t know that I had so many eyebrows! I’ve posted before and after pics. Definitely going back. Thank you Jennifer B!

They have a good return and exchange policy. If something doesn’t work, they make the return or exchange process easy.

My daughter and I went in today to pick out some new foundation and concealer for her and your employee Lindsey was beyond helpful. She showed us what to pick, matched her colors perfectly and patiently walked her through the whole application process! She did such a great job that I had her color match my foundation and bought a few new items for myself thanks to her recommendations. We’ve been in there before and felt very overwhelmed without any help. We were so thankful for Lindsey and her expertise today!!
