Eli did an outstanding job of installing a new salt chlorinator and re-plumbing a major portion of our pool equipment. He turned a nest of pipes into a neat arrangement. He was on time, very professional and did a great cleanup when he finished. I highly recommend NatPro for all pool equipment repairs and replacement. They are way more than a gas pool heater company.

I've used NatPro for all of my pool needs. They are very quick and knowledgeable for all things pool and spa. I've had them fix pool lights, and a number of heater issues. For all of my experiences I'm 100% happy and satisfied. Just recently I had them install a complete automated pool and spa controller. I now can do everything "pool/spa wise" from my phone, amazing!!! I would 100% recommend this locally own company. They're honest, knowledgeable and you can trust them to give you high quality service.

I needed a pool heater to supplement my solar heater for winter exercising in the pool. After research, I decided to go with a natural gas heater. My pool guy recommended Nat/Pro. They were so great to work with! They helped me with every stage of the way, including recommending a company to extend my gas line, making sure I had the right gas heater, complete installation, etc. As it was ordered right before the holidays, there were some delays in delivery from the shippers, but Jill and Robin kept me constantly informed. George and Eli installed and taught me how to use it (luckily for me, it is pretty simple!). I would recommend them for any gas heating needs!
