“Update: Ron from management gave me a call and actually listened to my concerns on how my family felt about the service.

He 100% agreed and is refunding me all service fees that were placed.

They are coming back out and going to do a proper diagnostics on the unit to see if there are any additional items that need to be addressed.

This company is a complete rip-off. They came out to my house twice in less than 12 hrs, charged me $250 service fee each time, and still never fixed the problem the first time around. Why should I have to pay twice for an issue that was never resolved.

When I called to ask about it, the lady on the phone was rude, unhelpful, and flat-out disrespectful. She kept interrupting me, talking over me, and even raised her voice. Her excuse? “There’s no process, it’s just whatever management says.” What kind of company runs like that?

They overcharge ridiculous service fees with no logic behind them. After the tech left, my house actually got hotter — 2 degrees hotter. So who knows if they even fixed anything at all.

Bottom line: overpriced, rude, unprofessional, and shady. I’d never recommend this company to anyone.“
