Joe came out to service our unit and he was absolutely incredible. He did a thorough, fantastic job and took the time to make sure everything was running perfectly. His professionalism and attention to detail completely won us over. From now on, we will be asking for Joe every single time. If you’re looking for a reliable, top-notch AC company, look no further!
We have been customers of Ocean Air since 2018. Since then they have always done a fantastic job for us. Bill, one of their techs is fantastic! Bill has a great personality and it's great to have him working on our equipment. Besides that, he's knowledgeable and efficient. We also love having Ashley as the point person. She's amazing and her expertise has saved us money more than once :)
They installed a new HVAC system for a great price in 2020. It ran perfect until Labor Day afternoon, when it was 96 F and the outdoor unit started buzzing, just a few months out of the manufacturers original 5 year warranty. I shut it down, called their office and left message. Turned on all the box fans and ceiling fans so we could sleep at night and then crossed my fingers knowing that right after holiday weekend most AC firms would be overwhelmed with work. They called me first thing Tuesday, and amazingly were able to send out a tech out Wednesday afternoon. Problem was a worn out capacitor. They had the air back on within an hour and it is still running...read full review
