“I love this place. I have nothing but GOOD things to say about all of the staff. I have 2 indoor cats that I bring in for regular check ups and nail trips so not usually anything major. On the one rare time I had an issue I did have to go to the emergency vet and and come to Collingswood for a follow-up and everything went smooth and they had all of the information needed. Front desk staff and techs are polite, friendly and caring. I have dealt with 2 of the MDs with no issues ?“

“While visiting my sister, the unthinkable happened; my 13 year old lab mix ingested rat poison in their garage. Thankfully I noticed her searching out the last bits of the poison, and acted quickly. I called the Emergency Veterinary Clinic and let them know we were on our way. When we arrived they quickly escorted her to a treatment area. The fabulous staff kept me appraised of every development and were straightforward regarding the potential outcomes.After hours of work on their part, I was permitted to see my pet. Phew. Disaster averted, thanks to their quick actions and diligence. Every staff member, to a person, was considerate of my feelings and strove to help me understand the complex needs of a poisoning of this nature.What started as a freak accident helped me to see the value in this establishment.
