“I can’t thank Dr. Carlo and the staff at Charlotte Animal Hospital enough. My six month old puppy, Duke, needed emergency surgery and Dr. Carlo stayed after hours to save his life. It was one of the scariest experiences I’ve ever been through, but she took such amazing care of him and kept me informed every step of the way.

Everyone at the hospital was kind, compassionate, and truly cared about Duke. You can tell this team loves what they do and treats every animal like their own. Dr. Carlo even personally called to check on Duke after he came home, which meant so much to me and showed how much she genuinely cares about her patients. Because of her quick action and dedication, Duke is home recovering and back to being himself.

I will always be grateful for everything they did for my puppy. I highly recommend Dr. Carlo and the entire team at Charlotte Animal Hospital.“
