The office and staff are very well organized and friendly. My appointment was on time, efficient, and very caring about my animal. Dr. Rand takes his time, answers all questions, and is very thorough. I work in healthcare and wish people got such streamlined and great care.
Thank you to Dr. Nick and the staff for taking such great care of Xander during our very difficult time. The patience that you have shown us has made this transition just a little easier.
Dr Rand is very knowledgeable and thorough with his exams. He is compassionate and loving with our Penellope and treats her like his own. The staff is calming, friendly and helpful. Penellope tends to get nervous with strangers, however she is very comfortable with them!
