While visiting my sister, the unthinkable happened; my 13 year old lab mix ingested rat poison in their garage. Thankfully I noticed her searching out the last bits of the poison, and acted quickly. I called the Emergency Veterinary Clinic and let them know we were on our way. When we arrived they quickly escorted her to a treatment area. The fabulous staff kept me appraised of every development and were straightforward regarding the potential outcomes.After hours of work on their part, I was permitted to see my pet. Phew. From the time I called to let them know I was bringing my cat in, they were very compassionate and kind. They diagnosed my cat and gave her meds and a week later she is back to normal. Thank you so much for being so compassionate and understanding in very stressful times!
Was here last Tuesday with our sick little pup. Everyone here from the receptionist up to the doctor were so warm and caring. We left there feeling confident that Raven had been checked over thoroughly and had a good treatment plan. So glad that we have these people and this facility in our area.
