Dr Ramsdell was truly phenomenal with our senior dog. She was suffering from seizures and Dr Ramsdell and her team took the best care of her during traumatic events. Much appreciation for their diligence and commitment to the animals they care for.
Clinic care from receiving to discharge was wonderful, especially Maddy, our nurse, who took as much time as we needed to explain care and medicine. Dr. Murray was compassionate and gentle.
Dr McShaffrey (spelling I’m sorry) and the team of ladies here are 10/10!! They were compassionate and helpful beyond the scope of just doing their jobs! I know it was a vet emergency, and that cost doesn’t come cheap… rent was just paid and I had only a tiny budget and they really worked out a plan to come in under budget with some at home care. They offered to have me send update photos on progression. I did so last night and the Dr called me personally within the hour!! Professional and caring and EXCELLENT JOBS!!! If necessary, I will go back and send everyone I know there!
