“We have had an outstanding experience at Karate America! Mr. Franco is an exceptional instructor who is dedicated, patient, and truly cares about each student’s growth both on and off the mat. He does an amazing job teaching discipline, respect, confidence, and perseverance while making classes fun and engaging.

The positive environment at Karate America has helped my child develop not only martial arts skills but also valuable life skills that carry over into school, sports, and everyday life. Mr. Franco takes the time to encourage every student and helps them reach their full potential.

I highly recommend Karate America and Mr. Franco to any family looking for a supportive, professional, and motivating martial arts program. We are grateful to be part of such a wonderful community!”

“I’ve been training with Vicki Breeder at KAI Fitness for the past 6 months, and the results have honestly been incredible. When I started, I weighed 250 lbs, and today I’m down to 235 lbs with a dramatically improved BMI and overall fitness level. More importantly, I feel stronger, healthier, and more motivated than I have in years. The results have improved my outlook and confidence.

Vicki is the perfect combination of knowledgeable, encouraging, and accountable. She pushes you when you need it, supports you when it’s tough, and genuinely cares about your progress and long-term success. She demonstrates technique and corrects bad form. If you’re looking to get back into shape and want someone who will truly keep you on track, Vicki Breeder is fantastic.

Another huge benefit of KAI Fitness is having Dr. Scott onsite as a chiropractor. Whenever adjustments or recovery help are needed, scheduling is incredibly easy and convenient, which has made a big difference in staying consistent with my workouts.

KAI also offers great group classes, so there’s something for everyone no matter your fitness level. Highly recommend KAI Fitness and especially Vicki if you’re serious about transforming your health and fitness journey!”

“My kids just started going to Ludus MMA two months ago to the kids classes. My boys are 7 & 8 years old. They are now going Monday through Thursday evenings and they absolutely love it. They are sad when it’s not an MMA day. They get an amazing workout along with strength and agility training while learning really good skills that will help them throughout their lives. I have watched them gain confidence as well as discipline. The amount of improvement and skill my kids have accomplished in two months is unbelievable. They have not gotten this from any previous sport. And this is benefiting the other sports that they do. I highly recommend Ludus Martial Arts, especially for their kids classes. You won’t find anything else that will teach them these skills at an affordable cost. Nathan is an awesome coach. My kids love him and he is great at keeping all the kids entertained and enjoying exercise.”
