I’ve been training with Vicki Breeder at KAI Fitness for the past 6 months, and the results have honestly been incredible. When I started, I weighed 250 lbs, and today I’m down to 235 lbs with a dramatically improved BMI and overall fitness level. “This gym may be small, but it delivers where it counts. The environment is welcoming and respectful — everyone is decently clothed, there’s no judgment or shaming, and the staff genuinely pay attention to your goals and safety. The trainers and members create a positive atmosphere that makes it easy to stay motivated. Best of all, the focus here is on helping people stay strong, mobile, and healthy for the long run — the kind of place that helps keep you out of the nursing home. Scott caters to every individuals physical needs. He is careful to ensure that he not only does not cause injury or harm to anyone's areas of concern, he works with us all to strengthen those areas. I appreciate him as my trainer and as my chiropractor.
