“I have goals of exercising if I am not walking, riding my bike or playing tennis. I came here to try it out. I also love Karate and martial arts. Our style is tae kwon do, but we also do boxing, kung fu forms, weapons. I did BJJ here also, but coach Cliff has his own dojo now. Master Ben is very good at instruction as well as our other other Sensei Master Williams. Master Ben is a weapons expert and Master Williams is our personal trainer if you will ,motivating us to do are exercise outside of class also. I enjoy coming to Underground fitness and self defense.“

The atmosphere is always friendly, organized, and positive. The kids genuinely have fun while learning important life skills. We are also looking forward to summer camp again this year.
