This included filing a warranty claim, handling the submission of shingles, coordining the inspection by manufacturer,and auditing the payment for adequacy. MD then contnued to obtain all County and development approvals and install the complete replacement roof and arranged the County inspections. While installation complied with Owens Corning's requirements for their 50 year Warranty optional purchase option, being in Florida I elected not to purchase it. MD also included the cost of an Independent Completion inspection which provides certification for submission to my Insurance Company. The 5 star rating uder rates the the actual performance of MD.“

“Had a new roof installed, the project also included new fascia board and adding hurricane clips for a wind mitigation discount. It was a little bit to coordinate because of the fascia board component - remove gutters, tear off old fascia board aluminum wrap, tear off roof, install new fascia board and hurricane clips, install new roof, caulk and paint fascia board, reinstall gutters. The dumpster arrived on Monday morning and the workmen shortly after. Monday roof was removed, Tuesday-Wednesday the fascia was removed and replaced with new Hardi (plus the wind clips), Thursday the new roof went on and Friday morning the dumpster disappeared. Received an invoice by email on Friday that had a convenient pay by ACH link. Everything went way smoother than I expected and we were thrilled!“
