Customers have praised Neligan Construction & Roofing for their professionalism and dedication. They recently handled gutter installation with great success, matching the color perfectly to blend into the background, and performing beautifully during a rainstorm. The team also did a great job roofing a house after a major leak was identified; they arrived on time, worked diligently, and completed the roof replacement quickly. Their commitment to hard work was evident when working on a two-story, six-unit townhome building, where they worked late into the evening, always punctual and efficient.
We had a great experience with Austin from Neligan. He was kind, professional, and took the time to thoroughly assess our situation. He clearly explained the issue, answered our questions, and provided a detailed written estimate for the repair.
We really appreciated his knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and professional contractor.
Oops! I should’ve called Neligan first. I ended up calling three other ‘Construction & Roofing’ companies. Two didn’t call back, and the one that did came out to give an estimate. I never heard back from them. Nick came out and checked everything over. He sent me the estimate the next day, just like he said he would. They did a great job and finished the work on time. We did have a small issue after they were done, but Nick came right out and fixed it. I’m so happy with the new gutters! I’m thinking of getting more gutters now!
I purchased a roof and gutters from Neligan three years ago, they did a wonderful job. I've had compliments and only one issue that they fixed immediately. So, I would recommend and hire them again.
