Neil, owner of Mighty Dog assisted in all aspects ofmyroof replacement. This included filing a warranty claim, handling the submission of shingles, coordining the inspection by manufacturer,and auditing the payment for adequacy. MD then contnued to obtain all County and development approvals and install the complete replacement roof and arranged the County inspections. While installation complied with Owens Corning's requirements for their 50 year Warranty optional purchase option, being in Florida I elected not to purchase it. Neil Mahoney owner of Might Dog Roofing has been the ideal contractor. Top notch communication and responsiveness as well as top notch results. We were dealing with an 8 year old roof that had defective shingles on it.

Neil helped us throughout the process including dealing with the original roofing shingle manufacturer to ensure we received a fair warranty settlement. He explained the problem as well as the process from start to finish. When we got our settlement check, Neil walked us through the various roofing options that we had and helped us save some money by pointing out what was necessary and what wasn’t.

Working with Neil and Mighty Dog Roofing was a pleasure from start to finish. After meeting with three different contractors, I found that Neil was the most authentic and trustworthy.
