Northwest Florida AC had performed the initial initial installation of our HVAC system when our home was built. We have had an issue with the system tracking to the thermostat setting and called for a service appointment. Cason called 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised. He was friendly and professional. During his troubleshooting of the issue, he not only found the root case of the problem, he also found another issue that was going to become a problem in the future. He fixed both issues, and now the AC is tracking properly to the set temperature. I extend my sincere thanks to Cason and Northwest Florida AC for their prompt, courteous, and effective service.

northwest Florida A/C has been my go to for years for my air-conditioning service. i have been their customer since 2012. recently i had to get a service call because a/c was not working and they sent out a technician who was superb . comes out that i need a new unit inside and out as mine was out of date and could not be fixed due to code and new type of freon being used on install day Rob and Tim came out and were super . fast and worked clean and got it done in a few hours . and payment was super easy with their office staff.
