Discovered Saturday evening we had had an overflow issue with our lift station. Great. No toilet, shower, dishwasher, etc. Called Downs Sunday morning and very friendly, professional young woman talked with me. She was going to have Jesse call us back to let us know what time he would arrive. He called within an hour and actually tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone. He gave great advice but we still needed him. He let us know it would be after lunch and would call on his way. He did exactly that and was here within the timeframe he quoted us. Downs is always professional; they KNOW how to fix your plumbing problem. And Regina tells you straight regarding when someone will be there or if the schedule is backed up (pardon the pun). I always call them first.
My mother recently downsized homes and the new one needed the gas hot water heater replaced. Ricky and his assistant did a great job on the installation. Downs is a great company to do business with for your plumbing needs.
