James came to the house before the installation of a closet door. He explains things well and suggests options. He came today to install that door. James does not give up on anything. The door was cut wrong and he had to drive back to Pensacola from Sandestin to get the correct door. Very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and explained how the lock works. He is also a very pleasant and patient person. The Pensacola office is lucky to have James as an employee.
