He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire remediation process, answered every question I had with patience and professionalism, and gave me complete confidence that the job would be handled the right way. The crew — Smith, Jose , Leo and Luis — were nothing short of exceptional. They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently, and treated my home with complete respect throughout the entire process. Every single team member was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. What truly impressed me was how clean they left everything when the job was done. I was honestly expecting some level of disruption or residual mess — that is just the nature of mold remediation. Instead, they wrapped up on schedule and left my home in immaculate condition. Just had a job finished by FP Property Restoration and honestly had the very best experience you could imagine under difficult circumstances. My question to the owners of the company is, “ Do you require every employee to be the nicest, most engaged, compassionate and professional person ever?” Because that was our experience!!! Special shout out to Enrique and Lizardo who worked so hard at our home and went beyond to make our experience a good one. And to Paul who managed it all with a smile on his face!!!
FP were extremely professional even though they are not the cheapest - They cleared out my garage shed and treated the mold for 3 days with sprays and equipment and then helped me put it all back together again. Very pleased.
