I am giving this review based on Caleb and Chris B’s performance. Caleb and Chris came in to do some drying and demo in my house. They are kind, professional, respectful, and I had a great experience with them.

I’d like to give a little extra credit to Caleb as well. He was the one I communicated with since the start. He has a wonderful personality to be the face for customers. He was always on time. And would go out of his way to check on certain things. He always responded via text or phone call. Phenomenal people skills!

Had leak from dishwasher that got onto baseboards of wall and the back of island cabinets and baseboards of cabinets. Hunter came out for the water mitigation part, checked in every day or two with me or came by to check how the drying up was going. There was a small amount of mold that was making me sick and I have lung disease so that was really bothering me and he had them put down the mold killer as soon as he could and I felt relief within about 4 hours. Sean came out to take pictures of the inside of house and damage. The damage ended up not being as bad as expected (no total cabinet replacement needed). He and his team—Caleb and Chris—were consistently kind, respectful, and professional while completing the remediation work.

They took great care to keep everything clean, always tidying up before leaving, and they made sure we understood each step of the process.
