“Follow up: Josh from Coastal reached out quickly to rectify the situation and the company did an excellent job with addressing both issues. While unfortunate that it had to escalate the company made it right.While I was originally happy with my service from this company. My recent interactions have been less than stellar. On this particular case they overcharge quite a bit for emergency service then have not followed up with an issue that was reported the next day and seems to have been caused during the emergency service. Further on a subsequent service call they rescheduled from the original 9-11 to 11-1. When I called at 12:50, I was told 3. Now at 3 I still no plumber.“

“This company AWESOME! Called on Christmas Eve/day regarding an issue with water heater. Arrived within an hour of our call to investigate the issue - and mentioned it to be a possible leak with our hot water. Nino said they would return early in the morning the day after Christmas. They showed up early, found the leak, and fixed/rerouted the piping all within a few hours. Would highly recommend First Choice - they were efficient and professional. They are always a good choice!!!I have called them over the past year and found the owner to be hands-on and very professional in dealing with my plumbing issues. They care about your issue and come the same day! They are local and the owner is hands-on with all service calls! I am so glad someone suggested this to me and I hope to share this with others.Use local people who are aware of many parts of repair and not sell you something!!I used them last year---This was a sudden Sunday Night water pouring into my wall from a wash sink. The company came highly recommended and I was calling to leave a message at 10 PM on Sunday, they called and immediately went into a repair plan. I was so happy to see that repairs were no damage to the walls and fixable in 3 hours with all new parts!
