I called the company and was able to send pictures of my ac unit to their cell. The tech was very honest and did not try to upsell me which as a first time homeowner with no prior knowledge of a/c systems I really appreciated it. He showed me what I should be doing to maintain the system and checked some of the parts and said I did not need anything more because the ac was working. I only paid a minimal amount for him to come out and check the unit. So I appreciate the honesty and that he did not upsell anything. 5 stars!
Oscar did a great job getting my AC back up and running. Explained everything, didn't over charge like the big companies do, and showed me a few ways to prevent maintenance issues form happening again. 5 stars!
