My mother and I are visiting from San Diego, California. We just had a duet private lesson with SCOTT. My mother is 76 about to turn 77 and she tried Pilates for the first time. I’ve been to many Pilates classes and private lessons and I found his private lesson absolutely informative, instructional, entertaining and he got my stomach fully engaged. My Mom loved it and wants to start Pilates when we return home. We just scheduled two more privates with Scott and highly recommend him and the studio. The center is also adorable.

SoWal Pilates is a true gem! The instructors are very knowledgeable and just fantastic! They are a caring bunch and really know their practice. They focus on getting to know you and your goals and truly invest in a relationship with you. I am so thrilled to work on my pilates practice here at SoWal Pilates and so thankful for these wonderful instructors!

This studio has everything you want and need to learn and practice pilates. It’s a beautiful clean space with the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff and teachers. I can’t imagine life without SoWal Pilates
