SoWal Pilates
“My mother and I are visiting from San Diego, California. We just had a duet private lesson with SCOTT. My mother is 76 about to turn 77 and she tried Pilates for the first time. I’ve been to many Pilates classes and private lessons and I found his private lesson absolutely informative, instructional, entertaining and he got my stomach fully engaged. My Mom loved it and wants to start Pilates when we return home. We just scheduled two more privates with Scott and highly recommend him and the studio. The center is also adorable.”
