Dropped in for a class while on vacation and was very glad I did. I needed some respite from the family and could not think of a better excuse to get away. I was very pleased to find a very calm, welcoming, and very intuitive instructor. Sherry was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. I wish I had thought of escaping earlier on my trip. I will definitely be visiting the studio again when I return to visit. Thanks Sherry!

I took a class with Sherry and it was amazing. She is very calming and insightful. Her space is inviting and relaxing. I was on vacation and found her spot very easily with ample parking. Wish I had more time to devote to my practice while on vacation, maybe next visit. Take a class you will be glad you did.

Yoga class with John was great, a lot better than some other yoga classes I’ve attended at other places. Quiet, dim, and calm atmosphere, a little girl passed out and I think a guy was snoring.. so yea, relaxing and restorative it is. I will be back again and again.
