Physique Factory
“I've worked out my whole life, running the beach, playing tennis, spinning classes, going to the gym several times per day, to boot camp training three plus times per week, and I even ran several 5k's. NEVER have I seen the results that I see now. At 51 years of age I bought my 1st two piece swim suit and I actually wore it. Dan doesn't try to change you, he just tells you to eat more greens and provides you with a kick ass workout every time. I started with him in January 2019, I will be doing my first weight lifting competition in January 2020, 12 months later. I am absolutely amazed with my training and my new body.”
