I have worked out with many trainers and Rob is by far the best! He helped me rehab a shoulder injury. He is very intelligent and pays full attention during workout. Highly recommend!
Livin Fit is Fabulous for getting or keeping your body In shape. Rob is a wonderful personal trainer. He takes your body to a fit place that you didn’t know you could do. Old or young, fit our out of shape Rob will customize a fitness program that will work perfectly for you.
The trainers are great! Each station feels like having a personal trainer showing you the workouts and pushing you. It's on your time and 30 minutes goes so fast. I look forward to coming to Livin Fit Inc. every day.
