Hands-down best Pilates studio in Palm Beach. The owners are so kind and amazing at what they do. They have all around amazing customer service, unlike some of the other places around. I noticed a huge transformation in my body and dance practice when I started coming to Holly‘s classes. The studio is beautiful and Holly is always happy to share her knowledge about Joseph Pilates, spreading his legacy like it should be. I love coming here on a weekly basis and I highly recommend you come here too
Holly is amazing & a great teacher. She explains new movements on the reformer or Cadillac or any aparatus with such precision that it inspires confidence in me.Thank you Holly!
My wife and I plan to visit their new studio as soon as possible. We were sad when the owners- Cristian and Holly left Saint Louis for sunny Florida. I have known Cristian for almost ten years. He has provided me amazing personal training and now on-line training leading to amazing results! Both of them are epitomes of fitness in both exercise and nutrition. In addition, they are honest and hard working. I have no doubt that this studio will flourish under their guidance.
