I had an amazing experience yesterday with Lori at Myofascial Healing and Pilates. My very first time trying Pilates. I've been wanting to start a regular practice like this to increase my strength and maintain bone density through gentle movement. It was all I expected and more. Lori was great at walking me through everything and very patient and professional. So glad I found them. Believe the reviews they're super!

Since writing this review, I have started taking their group pilates classes…. This is a boutique studio, only five reformers and you get one on one attention from the instructor, so it is like a private session. Every instructor is amazing, and the owner, Roxy has high standards. Absolutely love this studio, you can be guaranteed of feeling better, stronger and most importantly, your chances of getting injured during work out is eliminated because the instructors are so careful and they actually watch you and if warranted they correct your form. Grateful for this gem of a studio❤️After just one session with Roxy, I have not felt this pain free in a very long time....read full review
