Found this studio online and it has exceeded our expectations in so many ways. When you walk in you are greeted by a clean and organized studio. Our instructor Cyndi, is fun, upbeat and very knowledgeable. She makes the necessary adjustments to work with those who have physical challenges or want a more from a workout.

Centered Pilates is a fun place to get a great workout with very knowledgeable and friendly instructors.Cyndi makes her class very interesting and loves to change her routines so you get a full body workout. Cyndi is so very knowledgeable and works with you to better yourself. After I leave her class I feel taller, I’m walking more upright and my posture is getting better every time I go. My back use to hurt and the other night I realize I’m no longer having back aches, thank you Cyndi! Centered Pilates is very, very clean, equipment is wiped down after each use and It’s in a great location close to my home on Singer Island!
