We’ve been using SOS Septic as our ATU maintenance company for the last 4 years and we can’t say enough good things about them! They have always been super professional, reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable. From the owner to the guys that come perform the services, they are hands down the best of the best in Palm Bay!! They’re always there and worked diligently to get someone out in the event an issue arose. The technicians are superb and went above and beyond even during routine maintenance appointments.Thank you to everyone at SOS!!
We called the SOS team on a Saturday afternoon and they fit us in for the next morning. It was unfortunate to have to have a situation that required a weekend fee (which every company would have) but they earned every penny and will have my future business and referrals. Brandon was an excellent service technician and even took the time to turn his work into a science lesson for our kids who homeschool. He also thoroughly explained what happened to our septic system and what we could do to try and prevent the issue again.
