Harbor Septic just finished installing a new drain field for us, and I couldn't be more satisfied! At every step along the way, their team exhibited the highest level of professionalism and expertise - from the quote, to the permit, to the installation and inspection. The quote was detailed and itemized, including some items that might be needed, depending on conditions (in the end, they weren't, so the job actually came in under the quoted total). During the installation, the crew showed pride in the quality of their work and actually took steps to improve the quality and longevity of the drain field that were not required by code (they covered the drain field "tunnels" with a fabric to keep sand from infiltrating and plugging up the slots where the liquid needs to drain). They also double checked all measurements and grades which guaranteed smooth sailing during the health department inspection. At the end of the job, they took their time with clean up and raked the site, leaving it clean and ready to go, even though they were working in the rain. I would hire them again in a minute - and hope I won't need to! Steve C.
