We called Pence because we were having some unique issues with our septic tank. The office went above and beyond to help us figure out the issue. The two techs that arrive to pump our systems were wonderful. They were very respectful and quickly got to work. When I say quickly I couldn’t believe they had pumped both tanks and were just smoothing the last of the dirt back over the tank lid before I finished my iced coffee. The entire way through the process they answered questions and gave tips on septic system care. Pence should be proud to have employees like them representing the company and dealing directly with the public.
Called to have septic tank emptied. Because it was not an emergency, we were given the option of when to schedule the procedure. Receptionist answered our questions and even called to remind us of our appointment. The two young men were polite and answered all of our questions. They worked and worked to find our tank. The sod was removed, tank was drained, tank was resealed, and sod placed back into yard. He even put our hose back where it belongs. The was the second time we have used Pence because we know we can depend on them. Thank You!
