My husband and I are selling our home and when the air handling system was checked, a problem with the condenser was noted. A-Best sent one of their technicians, at no charge to us, to check the problem They then assured us it was under warranty and promptly ordered the needed part and plan to schedule the installation the same day the part arrives. We are very please with their timely help in this matter as we do have a bit of a time crunch. Thank you to all the staff at A-Best. Dave and Judy

Excellent decision, no regrets! Was damn near 11pm on a Saturday night and both freaking units died at same time NO AC!! Called A-Best, left a voice mail since after-hours, not even 3 minutes later their service tech John called me back, got directions to come out. He diagnosed the culprit, changed out a couple parts and had both units back up running. Charges were absolutely fair! Cold air, Wife and kids were happy, that makes me happy! Worth the extra late night fee by a long shot! Thanks guys!Btw - after 48+ yrs of owning multiple homes in Florida, I'm quite familiar with most of the AC companies that have come and gone in our tri-county area...your company went above...read full review

So so so happy I called!! John, and his helper, Leo, showed up within 45 minutes of me calling, had our outside coolant leak found, fixed, refilled, and back to cooling again. Thank you for the speedy response and fix guys. :)Services: HVAC system repair
