Absolutely thrilled with the service received from Capritta Appliance and Air Conditioning! When the mechanism for dispensing water from the front of our refrigerator broke off, we were pretty concerned about the hassle of getting it fixed. However, Josh from Capritta made the entire process seamless and stress-free. He was incredibly helpful from the get-go, expertly identifying the problem and ordering the necessary parts without any delay. The technician was absolutely great!! He knew what he was doing and explained to me what happened and how I can avoid it again!!! I want him to do any repairs I need. He was thorough and tidy!!

Great selection and very knowledgeable. From our Salesman Patt for handling our sale. We were able to put our dream package together and we got a great deal. Not to mention Chris and Robert that did our installation were both patient and helpful when doing their install work. Couldn't recommend this company enough. Buy from a reputable company that not only sells, they do their own installs and do their own service work. No 3rd. party workers here. Peace of mind the job gets done right the first time. Skip the big box stores and scratch and dent. You won't get this kind of service anywhere else in town!!!
