“This was my first time going there. I had a great experience with the lady at the front desk that I don’t remember her name. She was very professional and nice. I had a basic service for training the nails and giving a bath and I am happy with the service. Thank you very much.“

“I took my cat to Shaffer Animal Hospital for a general check up. I had no wait time, I was brought into a room as soon as I walked through the door. I had not worked with Dr Whitt and her assistant previously and found them kind, knowledgeable, caring and personable. They did not try to push anything on me or rush me. They listened to my concerns and the latest history of my cat. I hope I don't have to go back anytime soon obviously. I do reccommend this office especially Dr Whitt.
Also, Brittney was a huge help in scheduling my appointment.
