When Dr. Van Lue discovered how much the mass had grown once my dog was on the table, he personally called me to explain the change in circumstances. His compassion and integrity really stood out, and he even went above and beyond in a way that was both generous and unexpected. “I took my cat to Shaffer Animal Hospital for a general check up. I had no wait time, I was brought into a room as soon as I walked through the door. I had not worked with Dr Whitt and her assistant previously and found them kind, knowledgeable, caring and personable. They did not try to push anything on me or rush me. They listened to my concerns and the latest history of my cat. I hope I don't have to go back anytime soon obviously. I do reccommend this office especially Dr Whitt.
