It was our first time, so I was a little nervous, but everything went way better than I expected. The groomer was super gentle and patient, and instantly made my puppy feel comfortable. You can tell they truly love what they do and care about the animals.

“Lori is amazing at what she does and is very professional. My dog gets very anxious around new people and grooming can make her nervous. Lori was so friendly and she was patient with my dog and took the time to get to know her before the groom. Now the best part was how she looked after. I was so impressed I told my friends to have long hair dogs to go to her instead of Petco. 10/10 will be using Lori again.“
