At first I thought this would be an awesome grooming place for pets. The intake clerk, Sam, was fantastic and seemed to be good with my pets. Everything appeared to being going well until it was time for pick-up. My pups were getting the "Blueberry Scrub Facial, in addition to their nails and ears done, plus a wash. I asked Sam immediately why our pups eyes looked dirty, and he said they were badly stained. All the issues have been resolved, thankfully the owner took care of the issues! Back to thinking it is a good place to get our pets groomed.

sorry this is my video game gmail but anyways cupcake had an amazing time she’s very anxious but the staff took care of her with their most genuine care, her itchy allergy went completely away with their medicated bath and spray! She fluffy happy and itch free!! Thank you so much to Sara, Andrew, and store manger Juan for taking beautiful care of my cup!!

I was very nervous about taking my 20 month old golden retriever in for a bath, nails, etc. the staff was extremely understanding and address my concerns. She did very well and looked wonderful, I will be doing this monthly with a membership. So glad to have find them!
