I just brought my dog Oliver in to the Oviedo Scenthound location at 1121 Alafaya Trail, Oviedo, FL 32765. I filled out all the online information reserving a haircut and grooming package where I was asked specifically how I wanted my dogs hair to be cut, to which I responded with "just trim, natural look". When we arrived with Oliver, we were asked all the same questions, to which we specifically said what ares of his body we wanted cleaned up and what areas we wanted left long. When we arrived to pick Oliver up, he had been completely shaved down to the lowest length he could be all the way around his body and his haircut was extremely uneven everywhere. I called the branch to tell them that I was completely dissatisfied, the person running the front laughed and argues with me about how they told my wife everything they were going to do (they had not) and that she loved it and everything was great when she picked him up, so they would not be issuing a refund. I have never dealt with such outright rude behavior during a customer service interaction in my life. I will be posting negative reviews for this company on every platform that I get the chance to and will never be returning. I've attached photos of what my dog looks like NATURAL and then what these people did. Beware.
