“Peace of Mind is an understatement... I discovered this hidden gem scrolling through Facebook and thought of them as an option for a place where I could take my pup Cooper to burn some energy from time to time. The ease of communication was amazing! The comfort you feel while booking as a first time pup owner (whose never left their baby with anyone) literally was the best feeling! The reassurance I felt speaking with Monica and then the owner Lisa I knew this was the place. I had a prior experience the day before and it was a nightmare, so coming to Central Bark I was a bit on edge; but it was night and day compared to the other place. I would give this place a thousand stars if I could not be happier. Also while my pup was there I requested a full groom and he came home so handsome. His first day went wonderfully they called me mid day for an update then at pick up I was given a folder with his behavior assessment for the first day with plenty of details and a first day of daycare picture. “My husband and I brought our precious dog Stella to this grooming place. And before walking into the door I called and the greeting on the other end was so welcoming and he answered my questions and I was able to make an appointment right over the phone. And then today on 2/12/2024 at 12 pm we had her appointment. So we left the house a little earlier to fill out any paperwork and also to ask some remaining questions that I had. I’ve never taken a dog to a pet grooming place so I wanted to make sure she would be safe although I could tell it was a great place by its cleanliness and the atmosphere. And the guy was so awesome. Stella went right into his arms and I knew she felt safe and comfortable. That’s what any pet owner wants for their fur baby. So then we left her to be in their hands for about 3 hrs. It’s very affordable as well. We did add teeth cleaning which was an additional cost but it was worth it and it only cost $5 extra dollars that’s a good deal. Well then we got the text that she was ready to be picked up and my husband went and got her which the place is in only 8 or so minutes away. I couldn’t wait to see her. When she got home I was like ready to cry she looks so adorable they even accessorized her with two bows and a pretty bandana. Also they told my husband when he picked her that she was so good. So we treated her to one of her pup cream with some whip cream cause she goes crazy for those. She deserved it for being a good little girl. And then I called the grooming place to tell them thank you and that they did a great job. And he was so appreciative of the feedback and also told me she was a good girl. So he told me what is the recommended time to take her in. We agreed monthly is good enough for her. But if I want to take her in sooner for just a wash I can. But she doesn’t run around outside all day and we keep her clean. Anyways If you are looking for a place for your fur babies this is the spot for sure. And they groom cats as well. I give this place a 10/10 I absolutely recommend them. I won’t be taking my Stella anywhere else. I mean tell me she doesn’t look all cute with her bows and her scarf Stella says thank you D’Pets-Pet Grooming and she will see you in a month“
